French Links Tours offers a large selection of cultural tours such as Revolutionary Paris, Jewish Paris, AWoman’s History Tour, Children’s Paris, and French Links Tours for the Disabled, as well as fashion, antique and flea-market shopping tours. The guides are either native English-speakers with advanced degrees in art and history, or trained French guides speaking flawless English. They also conduct tours to other destinations such as Normandy, the Loire Valley, Vaux-le-Vicomte and Barbizon. All of the French Links tours are for private groups (pricing is per group, not per person), and are therefore perfect for families and small groups with special needs. This Franco-American company is run by the expat American Rachel Kaplan, author of many specialized books on Paris museums and shopping. Tours are available year-round, even on French holidays. Transportation by train, chauffeured vehicle for minivan can be arranged for all tours on request. Prices start at $200 for two-hour walking tours (one to four people), $400 for four-hour shopping tours (one to six people), and $700 for full-day cultural tours (one to six people).
